Easy Gummadi kaya Kura | Basic Pumpkin Curry | Andhra Style Spicy Pumpkin Curry | Kaddu ki Subzi | Indian Vegetarian Curry Recipes | Abobora Receitas

this is a simple pumpkin curry which is cooked with spices and onion. Here we don`t need any typical masalas or ingredients..Even ,It does n`t needed tomato too.If you like can add but I suggest to don`t do it.Because already pumpkin is sweet in taste,so if you have tomato again it turns bit mushy and sweet in taste..

Easy beet root curry/beet root curry for rotis/Healthy south indian vegetarian curries/Step by step pictures/beet root stir fry for chapathi/beet root health benefits

Beet root is a very healthy n attractive color vegetable which is very cheap in price too...I often makes juices with  this lovely color root vegetable and if they are too pulpy uses to make some curry like this. If you have fresh hard beet roots then grate them to make this curry, but it needs some time and patience too.

We couple don`t like/eat potato. It`s a very old matter..But strangely,Our two kids also avoid aloo..I mean most percent of the kids love aloo more than the elders,In my home it won`t applies...I was surprised for the first time when MAHADEV avoided Aloo..Particularly for BLOG some times I fill my fridge with few potatoes too...If potato is a dislike vegetable oppositely rajma is often food in my home. After pressure cooking Rajma I use to cook 2different recipes every time..In the same way,few days when I boiled rajma remained some.To use those I cooked along with aloo and prepared this curry. For a combination I deep fried some wheat flour rotis and really this both tasted too delicious...

WHEAT FLOUR PURI

Take 1cup of wheat flour,2tbsp of oil, pinch of salt and 1/2tbsp of sugar in a bowl..Using water prepare a soft dough and rest it for 15 mins..Knead  dough once again to make it soft and divide into  lemon size balls..roll the dough balls and deep fry in oil in medium heat...Because of wheat flour these puris may don`t puff much,But tastes good..
