Parsley Paratha or parsley roti is my very own creation which later added in my favorite rotis list too.I can`t take every day same plain rice in the lunch and same plain rotis for dinner.life is very short which folded with lots of struggles, sorrows, happiness, responsibilities etc..Then,at least for freshen up can make some changes in daily food habits which may brings smiles..How many agree this??...

CHETTINAD CHICKEN MASALA GRAVY/CREAMY OATS ROTIS/Mahas OWN RECIPES
Are you in search for a hot and spicy CHICKEN Recipe..Then here it is..Very perfect dish which well goes in the lunch, dinner(with rotis) and for parties.....This is the first attempt of mine and it came out very well..Iam not much familiar to chettinad cuisine..But I heard about their food and taste. When I searched for the recipe got so many links but every recipe is slightly different with each other..I thought Youtube is the best option then went through the link..I skipped few Ings and according to my taste cooked this recipe...Because of using more dry red chilli and pepper corns dish may looks little bit brown in colour. But the taste was simply awesome. But check before the spice level before you proceed..It is very spicy...I cooked this around 6 pm I think..Well,After looking the result of the gravy immediately planned to roll some rotis..Chapathi is very common food in my home which goes in dinner times..For a variation I added oats and cream and rolled out into rotis..
Cooking by measuring is very difficult I feel.Measuring for each and every one ingredient is quite tough job for me..Of..course!!To Introduce a tasty recipe It is must..After choosing the Ingredients for the recipe took out cups and each one I measured using cups.Believe me.While making dough I was really in tense little bit about the result.Thank god.My Idea worked out well.Rotis came out well and tasted very good..But don`t roll too thin..Remember this PLZ....Finally Thanks for reading completely with patience..Hope you`ll surely like/love this combination...Try next time..
(:HAPPY WEEKEND:)
