This year Mahadev celebrated the 9th birthday with his favourite chocolate cake which I have baked. Same like previous years, I have made 9 number birthday cake this time. This time I have used cake mix packets and store-bought chantilly boxes for cake frosting. Everything went so good in the cake making process except making the hole in the 9 number.

The sandwich is one of my favourites which I love to have for breakfast so prefers to try innovative recipes always when I have huge time in the morning times. A hot sandwich with a hot mug of coffee is the best combination to start a day.

These are one of my favourite cookies in these days which I baked on my own Idea. Along with cashew nut crumbs, I used chocolate chip and this combination worked out perfectly. Butter gives a nice smell to cookies and resting the cookies dough for some time gives good texture cookies. Baking time may vary from oven to oven so keep an eye while baking.

Gravies with coconut milk taste wonderful. I have tried various dishes with coconut milk and this is another one which tried out recently. For this gravy, I used dried peas and believe me the gravy tasted awesome. Though dried green peas are easily available here, never thought to try, even I don`t know why?😜

Cookies are one of the best snacks to serve kids because they are homemade and without any artificial colours or preservatives. This is my very own recipe which I have tried out recently and got the perfect result too. I have tried almond cookies, raisins cookies a long time back, shared those recipes but never thought about cashew cookies.

Baking chicken is healthy at the same time tastes good too. I prefer big size chicken thighs to bake mostly  and this is the recent dish which I have baked on Sunday for lunch. Depending on the thigh piece size the oven time may varies also the temperature which you set in  the oven while baking.

Here is the other strawberry ice cream which I have tried with cookies combination. I used mixie jar to make this ice cream and there is no egg in the ice cream. It`s not a big recipe to give an introduction but all I can say is homemade ice creams much better than storebought.

I have never tasted mutton seekh kebab outside and this is the first time I have tried and tasted at home. I used mixer jar for mincemeat and fried on stove-top.

Instead of baking a homemade cake at home sometimes I also go with store-bought chocolate cake packets which saves time and energy. Each packet gives the instructions in the backside of the packet. Depending on the brand cake taste may vary so always try to use the best packs. Coming to this recipe, I use Dona Benta (brand) which is good in taste with worth price. The cake stays good for 3-4 days but after a few days the taste changes which my sons won`t like.

A few days back I have posted a spinach egg curry recipe which is a perfect dish to serve with chapati. Same like that recipe I tried this by replacing eggs with sweet corn. I use canned sweet corn always but if you are using fresh corn better boil later use in the dish.
