WHAT YOU NEED
Wheat flour-1 1/2 cup
olive oil-1/2 cup
sugar-3/4 cup
eggs-2
cream (crema de leche)-1 cup
cinnamon powder-1/2 tsp
baking soda-1/2 tsp
baking powder-1/2 tsp
salt-1/2 tsp
rum soaked dry fruits and nuts-1 cup
I soaked nuts for one year..It depends on your choice..Soaking for long time gives a best tasty fruit cake,or at least soak for one day.
If you want alcohol free cake, take 1 cup of dry fruits n nuts in a bowl and add in 1/2 cup of orange juice.soak for minimum one day and then sue in cake.
HOW TO BAKE
In a mixing bowl take cream,eggs,sugar,oil..mix well with whisker.
Then throw in dry fruits and nuts..Then add in salt, soda, baking powder, cinnamon powder.
Finally flour and mix every thing very well...Now take a cake tin apply oil and dust it with white flour...
Preheat oven at 200 degree C.Pour cake batter into tin and tap it.. After 5 minute place tin in oven..Bake for 40 minutes..
Dig in tooth pick to check the cake is done or not.If tooth pick comes out clean, cake is ready.other wise bake for 10 more minutes.
turn off and rest it for 1 more hour..slice it and serve..It`s tastes super awesome..You can`t stop with one slice.I bet..:)
MAHAS NOTES
If you use all purpose flour add in 1/4th cup more..
You can replace oil with melted butter for rich taste.
cinnamon powder is an optional.
you can see the crema de leche box in collage picture for a clarification..What ever the cream you use it should be in room temperature and fresh..
you can use brown sugar for better taste..
