1.Few words about u/some thing special which we don`t know??
This is a Ramya Venkateswaran from Lemon Kurry ,am married last year to a lovely person and he is the one who supporting till now in food blogging.Searching for job ends in food blogging.yeah!i really tried 1 1/2 years regarding to my niche but cant able to get a satisfying job.Then I switched to food blogging and now its 2 1/2 years completed baby.
2. 3 Food photography tips or 3 useful kitchen tips??
For photography:
1.use sunlight that is the free source for your photography and it will gives a natural tint to your snaps
2.Take more pictures with more more patience.select the best from it.
3.Play with background.if you are taking snap for dal,then go with blue background.this is so easy as we select sarees in combo with jewels.
3. How to imporove fans n followers for food blog n food bog face book page??
My tips for facebook,interacting with fans once they messaged you on facebook page and clarify and tell them to spread the about our page.For blog page,first I start with posting step by step pictures and slowly it degrades.now for past few months am able to post recipes with step by step pictures.so provide a useful content and then interacting with fans is the only way here I succeeding.
4.How food blog changed ur life?How many recipes your posting in a month approximately and your memorable moments which related to blog??
For me it changed me a lot.patience,new learning methods,various cuisines everything I learned admired here.For the first two years I used to post continuously for a week without break.but this year am posting the recipes 3-4 per week,I think this suits me well.The cloud nine moment for me is I received a gift through Lakshmi vimala for a soup recipe.this is the first award I received in these two years of blogging.New bloggers are really know the fact in blogging and they are posting variety of recipes everyday.but I did not able to understand that when I entered blogging.Now I learned a lot and also dos and don'ts in blogging too
5.Finally,tell me few words abt MLH??
MLH is the site which am a silent reader before entering blogging.I love the bakes and cakes every tutorial which is super clear with clear photos.I love the cute kids Mahadip and mahadev both and Usha when you are posting some recipes with them,I cant take eyes off and see their naughtyness and cuteness there.MLH has variety of recipes and various categories and also some blogging tips too.Keep up the good work USHA.
COMING TO THE RECIPE:
Hi this is ramya from Lemon Kurry and am here with the paneer butter masala recipe,this is my favorite one and I want the original paneer butter masala recipe other than any variation like low fat version.paneer is very close to my heart as I started my first cooking experiment with paneer during my college days.This is sinfully delicious restaurant style masala I prepared last week for my husband as he is a big fan of this ingredient.i too already posted low fat version which is for me and this is for MLH special guest post and am thanking heartfully to her.Such a wonderful person I met ever in this virtual world,down to earth person,helping always and feeling guilt how I missed her chats for past 2 years.lets move onto the recipe,this is definitely a treat to Mahas boys,

Ingredients
Paneer – 1 cup cubed
Onion – 1 finely chopped plus 1 roughly chopped
Tomato – 1 finely chopped plus 1 roughly chopped
Cashews – 4 –5 nos soaked
Ginger garlic paste – 1 teaspoon
Kashmiri red chilli powder – 1 teaspoon
Cumin powder – 1 teaspoon
Fresh cream – 3 teaspoons
Bay leaf – 1 Cinnamon stick – ¼ inch
Butter – 1 small cube
Oil – 1 teaspoonSalt – to taste
Kasuri methi – 1 teaspoon crushed
Coriander leaves – for garnishing
Directions
1.Heat oil in kadai and add roughly chopped onions and tomatoes and saute it well.Make a fine paste with soaked cashews in blender and set asside.
2.Heat butter in same kadai and add ginger garlic paste and saute it until raw smell leaves.Now add finelychopped onions and saute it well until it get browned.
3.Now add tomatoes to it and cook it until it get soft and mushy.Add the paste which we prepared with onions,cashews and tomatoes.
4.Mix well and add salt,red chilli powder,cumin powder to it an
nd cook until the oil separates.Medium theeflame and add fresh cream to it.
5.now add kasuri methi leaves to it and cook it for a minute.Switch off the flame and serve with rotis andnaans.The super yummy restaurant style paneer butter masala ready!!

Palak paneer is the bestest gravy in paneer dishes.Don`t know??How I missed posting this delicious recipe in Mahaslovelyhome...Any how,today Iam very happy to share this with you all..Greens are very healthy n to balance the high calories of paneer palak is the best combination..

PANEER IN CREAMY GRAVY /PANNER DISHES/PANEER GRAVY RECIPES FOR ROTI,NAAN,PULKAS | SOUTH INDIAN VEG CURRIES
Hi.....Iam back today with a rich paneer gravy dish which tastes best with rotis and rice.....This is very rich in taste because of adding cream...Some how iam trying hardly to avoid paneer.....And this is the recent variety i tried with paneer.......So,I don`t want to waste the time with any other stories..Here goes the detailed recipes list......
PREPARATION TIME-10 MINUTES
COOKING TIME-15 MINUTES
SERVES-3-4
Ingredients
paneer/ricotta cheese-200gms
tomatoes-2big
onion-1small
ginger garlic paste/GGP-1tsp
fresh cream-1/2cup
kasoori methi/fenugreek leaves-1/2cup
chilli powder-1tsp
salt-to taste
garam masala-1tsp
milk-1/2cup
turmeric-1/2tsp
cilantro/kottimeera-few leaves
water-3/4-1cup
oil-2tsps
cumin-1/2tsp
Preparation
Chop paneer and boil in water for 5-8 minutes til it turns to soft.Drain them and keep aside...
Heat a kadai with oil and add the cumin.Throw in chopped onions and fry til raw smell oozes out...
Now throw in chopped tomatoes and mix once.....Add all the powders like chilli powder,salt,kasoori methi,garam masala and turmeric......mix well....
Now add in half of the cream and cook for 3-4 minutes in low flame.....
Add in water,milk and cook for 5 more minutes.....Add in chilli sauce.....mix once again.....
Add paneer cubes and mix well......Add in remaining cream and cook for 5 more minutes.......
Add in some chopped cilantro and Off the flame.
Serve hot with rotis or hot steaming rice......
