Being an Indian It`s quite normal to tend for snacks and sweets that too for foodies it`s really difficult to stay away. So, I feel it`s better to try the recipes at home instead of buying storebought foods. In snacks, I prefer murukku first so, love to try new versions every time instead of repeating the same old recipes. I have been waiting to make this garlic recipe and finally, last week did it successfully.

Rice crackers or pappu billalu are my favorite child hood snack which amma used to make during festival times..Vinayaka chavithi /Ganesh chaturthi is a big festival in Dad`s home which we people celebrate by kepting lord ganesh idol at home for 5 or 10 days..So,generally on this festival or some times on dasara or diwali she used to make these deep fried thattai in huge quantity along with muruku..Still,I remember the scene which she do always in kitchen..

BESAN CRACKERS WITH CILANTRO TOUCH | BESAN FLOUR RECIPES | CILNATRO RECIPES

Today iam introducing a spicy and hot crackers..rindu.this one is very easy to do and goes well as a evening snack for kids.senyumkenyit....In this you can add soaked chana dal too.but i skipped itkenyit....here the recipe details goes..banyakckpcheck this.ihikhik..

Ingredients

wheat flour-2cups
besan flour/gram flour-1cup
green chilli paste-2tsps
cumin-1tsp
finely chopped cilantro-1/2cup
garam masala-1tsp
ginger garlic paste-1tsp
turmeric-1/2tsp
salt-to taste
chana dal-2tsps(i didn`t used)
oil-2tsps
oil-to deep fry


Preparation

mix the two flours..

add in all other ingredients one by one.....add chandal too..but i didn`t added..

now add 2tsps of oil and water..make into a smooth and soft dough......

make into small balls and press on a polythin cover by applying oil little bit to the cover...

now deep fry in the oil and store in a air tight container.....
