Do you love kheer?? If you ask the same question to me,of course I love..Being a pure south indian girl how can say no to kheer..Actually,being a telugu girl I need to use word payasam here instead of kheer..the word "payasam" itself tempts me always.Already posted lots of kheer recipes in Mahaslovelyhome,even I tried innovative combinations and my own creative recipes too.

SPROUTED MOONGDAL ROTI/SPROUTED MOONGDAL PARATA
I soaked some whole green gram and next day iam in confused to use those...Suddenly i got and idea....I grind those into a fine paste and prepared some rotis.....So,here goes the complete recipe...
Ingredients
All purpose flour-1cup
wheat flour-1cup
Whole green gram-1cup
salt-to taste
chilli powder-1tsp
fennel seeds/sompu-1tsp
oil-1tsp
ginger garlic paste-1/2tsp
Preparation
Take two flours in a bowl...Mix all the other ingredients....
Combine this with flour and mix well..Use water and make it like soft dough.....
After 15 minutes roll it like roti/chapathi and cook on a tawa...
When it cooked both sides well remove and serve hot with any curry/gravy/raita....
It tastes best with raita.......
NOTE
Serving immediately is very important....

PESARA VADALU/MOONG DAL VADA(MY STYLE)
Ingredients
PESARATTU BATTER-2cups
finely chopped onions-2small
finely chopped green chillies-4
pepper-4
cumin-1tsp
cilantro leaves-1/2cup
soda-1/4tsp
crushed curry leaves-2tsps(option)
turmeric-1/4tsp
salt-to taste
OIL-for deep frying
In the PESARATTU BATTER add in chopped all ingredients like onions,chillies, pepper,salt, cilantro,cumin,turmeric and soda............
with this vada batter is ready.......
heat oil for deep frying.......
wet your palm and take some batter make it round shape and fry in the oil......
other wise use a spoon.........
fry til brown and crispy........and take on a paper towel...........
