I think this is 3rd post of BRINJAL......
....If u r in plan to make like biryanis,pulavs or any spicy n yummy rice dishes try this.
..because this goes well along with those rice recipes....
...and even you can have with white rice too.......
.....This is one of favourite dish of BRINJAL..
.......Iam sure you people will like this.so,give a try......
....
Ingredients
small round shaped brinjals-10
fresh coconut powder-1cup
sesame seeds-20gms
gingergarlic paste/(GGP)-1tsp
chilli powder-2tsps
onions-2
garam masala-1tsp
peanuts-1/2cup
cilantro-few leaves
salt-to taste
jaggery-small piece
TO TEMPER
oil-2tsp
cumin-1tsp
mustard-1tsp
turmeric-1/4tsp
hing-a pinch
Preparation
wash well and dry the brinjals using kitchen towel......
chop in +mark til 3/4th......
in a kadai dry roast the sesame and remove and then roast the peanuts...
make into a fine powder by mixing together........
to this powder add in GGP,all other ingredients mentioned in the list.......
fry the brinjals til soft and tender.......
aftre cools fill the above masala mixture in eash one.........
now heat a kadai add in oil and put the temper .......
after a half minute arrange the stuffed brinjals and remaining masala in the kadai..
stir lightly in between to avoid burning .......add in 2 cups of water.and cook it for few minutes.....adjust the water level as per your choice.......
after the gravy turns to thick off the flame and serve hot with rice..........
