Ingredients
boiled eggs-4
gram flour/besan flour-1cup
rice flour-2tsps
chilli powder-2tsps
salt- to taste
oil-for deep frying
garam masala-1/2tsp
remove the shells of boiled eggs and cut into half.........
mix all the above ingredients except oil and make into a fine smooth batter by using water ....
heat oil in a kadai for deep frying.....
now dip the egg slices in the batter well and fry in the oil...after they turns to crispy and light golden colour take on a paper towel......
serve hot with ketchup......

ReplyDeletethis is my hubbys fave snack...and reg the pcikle, you can store it in fridge. The thing is it gets finished so soon in our home,, that I never worried abt the storage. Use clean and dry glass jar only for storing and always use dry spoon to take the pickle...same as any other homemade pickle
