I love peanuts....
..whole the day i can enjoy the eating of toasted peanuts without feeling any boar....
..from the past few days my hub too became like me..
...and enjoying the peanuts...
...and whenever he likes to eat he just blaming me........hehehehe...

CAPSICUM COCONUT CHUTNEY
Ingredients
capsicum finely chopped-1cup
Preparation
coconut finely chopped-3/4cup
red chilli-4
salt- to taste
tamarind paste-11/2tsp
oil-2tsps
coriander seeds-3tsps
cumin-1tsp
heat oil in kadai and fry the cumin,coriander seeds and red chilli....
after cools grind into fine powder along with coconut pieces...........
in the same pan fry the capsicum pieces by adding salt.......
when the capsicum turns to soft grind once again along with grinded coconut mixture.......
take this in a bowl and serve with hot rice with a tsp ghee......
no need add temper..but if want add it..
coriander seeds gives a nice flavour...........
use always fresh coconut...not dry one............
