These are one of my favourite cookies in these days which I baked on my own Idea. Along with cashew nut crumbs, I used chocolate chip and this combination worked out perfectly. Butter gives a nice smell to cookies and resting the cookies dough for some time gives good texture cookies. Baking time may vary from oven to oven so keep an eye while baking.
