Cooking new dishes every time gives a kind of happy feeling that too when the dish comes out delicious, it gives a happy satisfaction too.😅 Here is the new mutton dish which I have tried out recently. It`s called Muslim Mutton Curry which is popular in Muslim weddings.
There are three steps in cooking this dish, like marinating the meat, second is pressure cooking and later cooking the onion-tomato mixture. It may take an hour time to cook but the gravy tastes spicy and yummy. If you are using boneless mutton it takes less time and pressure cook on a medium flame to avoid burning. Serve hot with chapati, roti or Bagara rice.Similar Recipes
