Ingredients
bread slices-5
onions chopped-2small
tomato chopped-1big
capsicum chopped-1big
cabbage shredded-1cup
carrots chopped very finely-1/2cup
garam masala-1tsp
chilli powder-1tsp
green chilli-3
salt-to taste
cumin-1tsp
oil-2tsps+for toasting
Preparation
toast the bread slices with oil in a pan well........cut into cubes...........
heat oil in kaadi and add in cumin........
after splatter the cumin add in onions,green chilli,GGP and fry well......
now add in chopped veggies one by one first carrots,capsicum,cabbage,finally tomatoes..........mix all together.........
add in chilli powder,salt,garam masala and mix well........
add in 1/2cup of water to cook veggies fast............and cover with a lid til cooked completely.......
now finally add bread cubes and mix well........
cook it for 5more minutes and serve hot........
it tastes good when serve hot only............

Toasting the bread before you add it to the veggies is a nice idea, looks very yummy..
