PEANUT BRITTLE/PALLI PATTI/VERUSENAGA PAPPU ACHHU/PEANUT SWEET SQUARES/HAPPY DEEPAVALI TO ALL READERS AND FRIENDS

Peanut chikki is one of my child hood memory which I bought with 25paisa..Peanuts are in my fav food INGS list always...When I tried this chikki first time, got perfect square shaped pieces..But on that day it was night  and I was lazy to click..Again after seeing some peanuts in the cup board, thought to try CHIKKI for clicks to share in the blog.First time,I used only jaggery for syrup, and this time I mixed up both sugar and jaggery. You can use only sugar too..The measurement of sugar or jaggery is depended on peanuts quantity..So,using a cup measure both... Peanuts loaded with nutrients..also good source of niasin,vitamin-E,magnesium,phosphorus,folate and fibre and  PEANUT CHIKKI is one of the good snack for kids...Make this often and give to you kids.Believe me,they will love these.

WISH A VERY HAPPY AND BRIGHTFUL DEEPAVALI TO ALL FROM                      MAHASLOVELYHOME!!!
