peanut coconut ladoo/ pallila kobbari laddu/ no cooking raw peanut coconut sweet balls/ 3 ingredients sweets/ easy diwali sweets
These are sweet balls of peanut ,coconut with jaggery...Yes..I used jagger instead of sugar and these are completely healthy..It does n`t need any preparations or cooking process...If the main ingredients are ready in hand, you can finsih making laddus in 15-20 minutes..The shelf life of these laddus is short because of of using coconut in the recipe..Actually ,first i planned to make peanut laddus, but later added coconut too..For growing kids these laddus are very healthy specially..So,try to make this kind of laddus in kitchen for your children and let them eat...Share Your comments too :)
PREPARATION TIME- 10 MINUTES
COOKING TIME- 10 MINUTES
WHAT YOU NEED
Peanuts-1 cup
descicated coconut -1/2 cup
jaggery/gud/bellam-1 -1/2 cup
cardamom powder-1 tsp (optional)
HOW TO COOK
Chop jaggery into fine or grate it ..dry roast peanuts and remove skin..Grind them into coarse powder..
Now add coconut and grind again..the mixture forms then in the same mixy jar add grated jaggery and grind it again..Until jaggery combines with peanuts and coconut.
Stir in between while grinding. It may complete in 2-3 rounds..When it forms like mixture take it into bowl and cardamom powder and mix well spoon..
take gooseberry size mixture and shape it into laddu..prepare all the balls and serve..You can refrigerate them.
MAHAS NOTES
Quantities are depended on you..If you like coconut increase it to 1 cup.
If you are sweet tooth add 2 cups jaggery.
Grating jaggery helps you when you grindi and it`s easy to shape balls.
cardamom powder is optional.while grinding also you can add.
After grinding every thing, for rich taste add 1-2 tbsp warm ghee and then shape them into laddus.

PEANUT BRITTLE/PALLI PATTI/VERUSENAGA PAPPU ACHHU/PEANUT SWEET SQUARES/HAPPY DEEPAVALI TO ALL READERS AND FRIENDS
Peanut chikki is one of my child hood memory which I bought with 25paisa..Peanuts are in my fav food INGS list always...When I tried this chikki first time, got perfect square shaped pieces..But on that day it was night and I was lazy to click..Again after seeing some peanuts in the cup board, thought to try CHIKKI for clicks to share in the blog.First time,I used only jaggery for syrup, and this time I mixed up both sugar and jaggery. You can use only sugar too..The measurement of sugar or jaggery is depended on peanuts quantity..So,using a cup measure both... Peanuts loaded with nutrients..also good source of niasin,vitamin-E,magnesium,phosphorus,folate and fibre and PEANUT CHIKKI is one of the good snack for kids...Make this often and give to you kids.Believe me,they will love these.
WISH A VERY HAPPY AND BRIGHTFUL DEEPAVALI TO ALL FROM MAHASLOVELYHOME!!!
