First time,I used raw bananas in kitchen,though I have seen lots of banana plants in foz,never tried to get few.In the present apartment,most of the people are from bangladesh and DH friend wife sent 2 bananas few days back...I have tried curry and this pakoda with those 2 big bananas..These are simple fritters which goes well as evening snack with hot tea..

hope every one is busy in diwali preparations..But,Iam not...Yup...Almost I forgotten celebrating festivals here,  after marriage..I do just puja same like regular days..Life changes after marriage and we can`t even think about the turning points which we face..I missed family,friends,studies,festivals, fun every thing in the starting when I was new to this married life.But,now every thing is fine.Now,Iam the one of the busiest wife and mother in my sweet little home..Time heals the wounds and it helps to forget the past and pains...I strongly believe in time and fate.

Coming to the matter,Iam leaving India tomorrow afternoon.India trip  discussion was started in august and finally confirmed now.We have some functions and after that DH will be return in february ending and I will stay with kids upto may.Again in may second week DH will be there,then the whole family will be in foz:)
Even though Iam not there I want this blog in active mode always,so scheduled posts up to march and if I find some time sure will visit your blogs.But once after return to my sweet home will be super active in my two blogs.So,Hope,I enjoy this trip without facing any problems.Wish me all the best friends..:)


CATEGORY-DEEP FRYING/EVENING SNACKS
PREPARATION TIME-15 MNS
COOKING TIME-20 MNS


WHAT YOU NEED

Potato mashed-2 medium sized
fresh green peas-1 cup
sago/tapioca-1 cup
red chili powder-1 tsp
salt-to taste
turmeric-1/2 tsp
ginger garlic paste/GGP-1 tsp
cumin powder-1/2 tsp
coriander powder-1/2 tsp
garm masala-1/2 tsp

OIL-for deep frying


HOW TO COOK

Soak sago for 3-4 hrs(It depends on variety)..Then drain and keep in a bowl..

Grind fresh green peas into coarse paste and keep aside this..

Now in a bowl add mashed aloo,ground peas mix,GGP,drained sago,all spice powders and mix well to combine every thing..

After  10-15 minutes take lemon size ball and flatten it n shape it like pattie. Keep these all prepared patties aside. Keep aside this for few minutes n in mean while heat kadai with enough oil for deep fry..

Check the oil is hot or not by dropping a pinch of dough mix and If it is fine then start frying 4-5 patties at a time.

Fry well in medium flame and drain them on a kitchen towel..

Serve hot* with ketchup or with Tea in the evening time.... :)


MAHAS NOTES

You can add green leaves like cilantro or few chopped mint leaves..

If you have add chat masala or dry mango powder.

Mixture  should be hard n thick little bit.means it should not stick to your palm.other wise patties  need lots of oil to deep fry..

Combination of this INGS is really good..a worth try recipe...

you can add minced green chili or paste..
