MAYONNAISE EGG SANDWICH

I never tasted mayonisse when iam in INDIA.........here people use mayonise allot with burgers and pizzas........then i thought to try once........i prepared this sandwich.....it was good......

Ingredients

bread slices-4

mayonaisse-1cup

capsicum-1small

shredded paneer-1/2cup

green chilli finely chopped-1tsp

very finely chopped onions-1cup

boiled eggs-2

salt-to taste

pepper powder-1tsp
Preparation

remove the shell of the eggs and chop into pieces.........

in a bowl add mayonnaise,chopped chilli,onions,capsicum,pepper,salt,paneer and chopped eggs.....mix together........

now to the bread slice apply this batter and and close it with other slice.

apply some mayonnaise on both sides of the bread and grill it in the sandwich...........

serve hot with ketchup and juice.........
