Baking is not only easy part to do but also makes stress free. Adding fresh fruits is a good choice in baked goodies..Mango is my favorite fruit so,this time using fresh mango pulp bakes these muffins..This muffins are eggless and the butter quantity is very less..So,can eat without guilt..
As my personal choice, added a handful of chocolate chips...angel This muffins are delicious and fluffy in teture..Specially kids love this so,bake these and serve them as a snack..peluk

  7. You really have some of the most unique recipes I have seen in the blogosphere. I'm always curious what you are going to whip up next. The muffins look very fluffy and I love the small roses on top. What have you used to make those? Is it butter (chocolate) icing on top?
