..we can make so many varity of gravies and curries too.
.This time i thought to try the sweet recipe with paneer.
.we know the laddus..laddus are in so many varities an done of famous sweet in andhra..
...then i thought to try the laddu with paneer
..it was yummy and delicious too.
...actually i tried these laddus on my own method.
...but so many variations are there in making laddus which tastes much better..NO..tastes best..
....here it goes check this and let me know...
......Ingredients
paneer-2cups
powdered sugar-1cup
cardamom powder-1tsp
rose essence-few drops
milk-2tsps
ghee-3tsps
Preparation
knead paneer with hands.......
fry the paneer in a very low flame just for 5-8minutes and take into a plate........
add in sugar and knead well til it is well blended......
now add cardamom powder,rose essence and make into round shaped balls using milk.......
yummy yummy paneer laddus are ready..........
VARIATIONS
after making laddus roll them in desicated coconut powder......
add in saffron colour....laddus looks so colourful....
add cashew or almond powder..it gives a nice flavour and rich taste too.........
A different version of ladoo. Kids will really love this..
