Ingredients
Bone less chicken(thigh part)-1lb
TO MARINATE
red chilli powder-3tsps
turmeric-1/4tsp
pepper powder-1tsp
salt-to taste
coriander powder-1tsp
cumin powder-1tsp
GGP/ginger garlic paste-1tsp
coriander leaves finely chopped-1tsp
corn flour-2tsps
red food colour-1drop
lemon juice-2tsps
egg-1
oil-for deep frying
Cut the chicken into small pieces (1 inch bite size).........wash well.............
Marinate the chicken with given items under the to marinate table except oil........
keep in rest this for 2-3 hours..........other wise its better to keep over night.............
Heat oil in kadai and fry the chicken pieces in batches........it tooks 10-15 minutes for each batch......
Fry in medium flame and and stir often.........
After the pieces turns crispy remove from oil and drain on a kitchen towel..........
Serve hot with onion slices and lemon wedge.....
