Though we like chicken drumsticks bakes rarely but few weeks tried this version and thought to post on blog..These drumsticks are full of garlic flavor and oil free because of baking method..I have already posted honey flavored drumsticks which was also baked type.This is also one of the nice recipe to try specially for dinner times.

WHAT YOU NEED

vinegar--1 table spoon
chili sauce-1 table spoon
garlic sauce-2 table spoons
salt-to taste
ginger garlic paste-1 table spoon
red chili powder-1 table spoon
chicken drumsticks -6

HOW TO COOK
Take vinegar in a bowl,add chili sauce,garlic sauce,salt,red chili powder, ginger garlic paste and mix well every thing.Now marinate the chicken drumsticks for 2 hours or over night if possible.Line aluminium foil in baking tray/oven safe bowl or apply oil in the tin and place this drum sticks with marination sauce.Bake for 20 minutes in pre heated oven then flip out to other side and bake for 20 more minutes.Drum sticks which I have used are big in size so it took almost 40-45 minutes to bake perfectly.Depending on your chicken drumsticks size bake and serve hot with lemon wedge and onion slices.
