Mango Sago pudding | Simple Mango desserts | Mango sabudana pudding | Easy desserts | How to make tapioca pearls mango pudding | Sago recipes
Ah...I think the love on mango is some thing which I can`t measure in the world...Hehehehe!! Every time I browse lot for mango recipes..Now I brought this another easy dessert for you all..Already posted some easy mango dessert recipes and this is going to join along with them...Generally I prefer recipes with simple ingredients,so you can cook my recipes easily in very less time...This pudding also very easy which can cook in 10-15 minutes, with only four ingredients, if the sago is ready..Specially Sago/sabudana lovers, sweet tooth people can try this variety for a change...Though I tried this for the first time, came out so good and if you serve after refrigerating for some time tastes delicious...Try next time and enjoy :)
CATEGORY- DESSERTS/MANGO RECIPES
COOKING TIME- 15 MINUTES
sago/Sabudana/Tapioca pearls-1/2 cup
mango -1 big fruit
powdered sugar-1/2 cup
milk-1 cup
Soak sago for one hour in 1 cup water...
Wash mango fruit, peel out the skin, cut into pieces...Blend into fine puree and take it into bowl...Add powdered sugar and mix nicely..
Turn on heat and put pan..Add in soaked sago and cook for 5 minutes in medium flame..
Put flame in low flame now and stir in between and add milk and mix nicely..It takes some time to cook sago completely..Don`t skip stirring...
Once the sago turns transparent turn off flame and wait until it cools.
Then add this cooked sago into mango puree and fold everything well..
Refrigerate for some time ans serve chilled..
