Boiled egg roast | Kodiguddu Vepudu | Egg Fry | Easy Egg Curry Recipes | Dry Side Dishes For Rotis,Naan or Chapathi
It`s a simple egg roast which goes well with curd rice..In hurry times, busy times, lazy times helps you really and this is my favorite recipe also..Amma prepares simple egg curry on sundays some times. Here I used boiled eggs,But she adds raw eggs directly and then cooks it like a curry...So,you can break eggs in the onion curry and cook for 5 minutes by covering with lid and then mix it very carefully. You will get the look of eggs without any spoil...This is also goes well with some rotis if you serve curd along with curry too..Don`t forget to check another recipes..
