Sprouts are healthy which we need to add in our daily menu definitely..At least once in week must add sprouts in our regular diet for good health..I have posted few sprouts recipes long time back again now posting this recipe.
This is rich Moong Sprouts Korma which combines with onion tomato base.. This sprouts korma is spicy,rich and flavourful with coconut paste. Serve it hot and fresh with rotis.

INGREDIENTS

1. Heat the oil in a kadhai or non stick pan,add cumin seeds, red chili,mustard seeds,hing,add finely chopped onions, ginger garlic paste, mix well and sauté on a medium flame for 1 to 2 minutes.
2. Add the tomato purée,cook for a minute then add turmeric powder,red chilli powder,salt mix well and cook on a slow flame for 2 minutes.
3. Add the ground paste,mix well after 2-3 minutes add sprouts.stir every thing and add 2 cups of water. add in coriander-cumin seeds powder,garam masala mix well cover, cook on a medium flame for 4 to 5 minutes.Finally add few coriander leaves and serve hot with chapathi or roti.
