For Kolhapuri Masala:
Bay leaf – 2 no
Black pepper – 1 tablespoon
Cinnamon stick two inch long: 2 no
Cloves – 5 no
Coriander seeds – 1 heaped tablespoon
Cumin seeds – 1 tablespoon
Peanuts – 1/4 cup
Fresh coconut pieces-1/2 cup
Red chili-4
Green cardamom – 4 no
Mace small piece – 2 no
Curry leaves – few
Star anise – 2 no
Poppy seeds – 1 heaped teaspoon (I skipped)
HOW TO PREPARE
