Rava Sheera or Rava halwa is a wonderful dessert that can be prepared in minutes. It does not require much advance preparation, and can prepare with very few ingredients For a variation I have included coconut along with Rava.. So,It`s a crunchy yet soft in taste sheera.
We used to made this Sooji halwa commonly made during festival times or in pooja. Also this sheera is made in temples as prasad which they distributes for visitors... In our state-we telugu people call this halwa as Rawa Kesari which is in orange color. Also, you can add milk instead of water for rich taste..Any way,try this easy, tasty halwa and enjoy..
