WHAT YOU NEED
Cauliflower -1 (medium size )
Onion-1 medium size
Ginger garlic paste -1 tsp
Coriander powder -1/2 tsp
Red chilli powder - 1 tsp
Garam masala -1 tsp
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
cashews - 10

Coconut chopped -1/3 cup

HOW TO COOK
Heat the oil in a pan/kadhai and fry the cumin,red chili,chopped onion,ginger garlic paste and saute for a minute. Then add ground coconut and cashew paste..Cook for 2 minutes in low flame.. Then add chilli powder,turmeric powder and salt in that and fry. Add boiled cauliflower and some water for gravy consistency. After 2 minutes add the coriander powder and garam masala and stir well.. Turn off and add coriander leaves and serve hot with roti/chapathi.
