PEACH COBBLER/SUCCESSFUL 5TH WEDDING ANNIVERSARY/CELEBRATION

Today is the day  special for we couple......YES..It`s our 5th wedding anniversary..A lovely couple Successfully completed 5 years of long journey..I know you guys are  thinking that  5years is not a long time..But for me yes it...If I see back once I can remind only only my lovely kids.We couple got married on this same day last few years back i.,e in 2008..
I came with DH in july  the same year.In the december I was pregnant N the whole year of 2009 I was busy only with MAHADEV..In  2010 conceived again and   MAHADHIP came into our lifes in 2011.It was the quite tough year   which we spent with two boys even without any single hand help.DH always feels prouds of me  about this..N coming to the 2012,it was joyful n one of the happiest year with 2 pretty boys..The home filled with laughs,cryings,love,anger n every thing...Finally this is 2013,the boys started fighting with each other n we couple are busy in convincing them.HAHAA.But they love each other very much..When the time they both hugs with each other we get smiles on our faces..It`s a preciousless happiness.

A knot bonded two unknown persons n they had few issues in the starting same like every one n slowly started understanding with each other.now they blessed with 2 hand some kids n leading a wonderful life.

I strongly believe that a true relation needs only 3 Imp things.. They are trust,understanding and honest...I thankful to god til my last second of breath for giving a wonder besthalf...

However we missed celebrating our last 4 wedding anniversaries n same like past we just spending in the home with our beautiful sons.DH said that they are the great guests to share happiness today..hehehe...I said, in so many posts previous that DH is stands far away to to the sugar...Iam not....But still my heart wants to bake something special n (Mind says,No,No,No baby) different and finally choosed Peach Cobbler...When I asked about Special  for the occasion he said what you want..

Laura is the one of  my fav chef..The way she talks impresses me more n the way she explains about the taste while having makes  me more tempting....HEHEHE..Whenever I feels sad I just opens her website n likes to watch her recipes specially desserts or baked.....This is the first Recipe which I tried from her site..(That`s sounds funny..If I like why did n`t tried til now even one..lol)..

This is super easy to make..Even beginners in baking can also try without any doubts..I was little bit tensed about butter but for the special day NO MORE THOUGHTS..

RECIPE SOUCE-LAURA IN THE KITCHEN

PREPARATION TIME-15 MINS
BAKING TIME-30-40 MINS

WHAT YOU NEED

Wheat flour-1/2 cup
all purpose flour/APF-1/2 cup
brown sugar-3/4 cup
egg-1
milk-3/4 cup
salt-1/4tsp
baking powder-2tsps

FOR THE BATTER
butter-1/2cup
sugar-1/4cup
canned peaches chpd-4 cups
cinnamon powder-1/2tsp
vanilla-1/2tsp

lemon juice-2tsps

HOW TO BAKE

Pre heat oven to 200c.

Select a bake ware pan or oven safe glass bowl and pour the melted butter evenly...I use rectangle shaped glass bowl...

Mix chpd peaches,sugar,cinnamon,lemon juice and bring it to boil.May be 4 mins in med flame..sitir in between......Then off flame and keep aside.....

Mix the INGS one by one which given under WHAT YOU NEED..

Now top this batter on the butter and soon top over the boiled peach mix.....

No need mix or stir....Enter the glass bowl into oven n bake for 30-40 mins or til golden brown...

That`s it.Ur cobbler is Ready to serve now....

MAHAS NOTES

I used 1.2 cup of wheat flour instead of APF....

I used 3/4th cup brown sugar for flour batter but Laura used 1cup...

I use here vanilla too......

I used Canned peaches.You may go with fresh chopped peach too...
