WHEAT FLOUR OATS BANANA CAKE/ TORTA DE BANANA Y AVENA/HEALTHY BAKING

HEY.  ..IAM SO HAPPY ABOUT MY SWEET LITTLE SON..Can you guess why??O.K....I will share this happy moment with you all....he is writing the all Alphabets very well..I started teaching last month that is from 18th of march..In the 15 days he learnt writing alphabets and numbers..The first most project of MAHADEV..

Iam so proud of him....I know this is just basic for every kids,but still without school he learned in the home.I  spent every day 1-2hrs after lunch and almost all the days he sat quitely with me and sincerely wrote all the Alphabets and Numbers...Really MAHADEV is a good boy..Now he started writing Numbers from 11.. .

He knows colours and identifies perfectly also...Actually the basic reason is his I PAD..I downloaded mostly puzzle games,G.K.games and mostly which are related to studies..except writing part have knowledge in saying names  orally like vehicles,vegetables,body parts,colours,fruits and animals too..

Technology developed lot and it is improving more day by day.The Important note is how we are using and receiving it...Nowadays kids are very talented and matured more than parents...Even some times we can(should) learn some things  from them..What I want to say is  providing electronics or gadgets to children is not a dangerous part..But if they addicted more its very difficult to change their mindset..Parents should keep an eye on their kids specially...Children are the most precious gifts in the world..never hurt them and try to say any thing with cool mind...As a mom of a sensitive boy i had an experience.  ..

O.K.O..K.. Now to the Recipe...Whenever I want to bake anything I plans to bake 2 or 3 at atime to save the gas..hehehe..If you remember last  2 days back I posted oats chocolate chip cupcakes....So,along with those cup cakes i baked this cake also on the same day....Recently I bought this cake tin and very eager to try a cake to see the shape of the cake.....What I understood is applying butter n dusting the tin is also one of the Important point in baking...I done this very well and got a beautiful looking shape. ...

I noted down this Recipe from here and made almost same without any changes...I added only black raisins and used brown sugar and olive oil....

PREPARATION TIME-20 MINUTES

BAKING TIME-30 MINUTES

WHAT YOU NEED

Wheat flour-1 1.2cups

oats-1 cup

banana puree 2/3cup

brown sugar-3/4cup

baking powder -2tsps

baking soda-1tsp

egg-1

milk-1/2cup

salt-1/2tsp

olive oil-1/3cup

black raisins-15

HOW TO MAKE

Sift flour,baking soda,baking powder,salt...

Beat egg and combine milk,sugar,oil and mix well.

Mix all the wet INGS in dry INGS  and finally add in banana puree and oats....

Preheat oven to 200C..Apply some butter to  the tin and dust with flour..Remove the excess flour anr tip the prepared batter into it...On top add in some black raisins...

Bake this for 30 minutes.Check it out with an tooth pick and if done let it cool out side for some time..

Decorate if you like ,otherwise slice it and serve with milk.....
