fresh curd-2cups
water-1cup
finely chopped onions-1cup
finely chopped tomatoes-1cup
finely chopped green chillies-3-4
salt-to taste
cilantro-to garnish
TO TEMPER
oil-1tsp
oil-1tsp
mustard-1tsp
cumin-1tsp
curry leaves-1spring
turmeric-1/4tsp
ginger garlic paste-1/2stp
hing-a pinch
add in chopped onions,tomatoes,chillies and water to the curd.......
in a kadai heat oil and add tempering items one by one...
saute for 30secs and add into curd....
garnish with cilantro and serve with rice dishes or parathas......
