CHICKEN 65

This is my first attempt of making chicken-65......I dont know why it is named as chicken -65.......but the dish was tasted simply spicy n hot........I tried this first time for my husband and my kid also enjoyed allot.....vl try to post many more tasty non-veg recipes soon....give try of this and let me know friends.................

I never even imagined that even with ridge gourd also we can prepare a pulav......mostly i do ridge gourd curry,dal and chutneys. But this is the first time i tried this pulav..i got this recipe from sangeeta of spicy treats.I skipped 2-3 ingredients.but there is no difference in the taste. Thank you so much sangee for introducing this yummy rice..here is the recipe...

CHICK PEAS PULAO/CHANA PULAV/GARBANZO PILAF

Usually i prefers to cook chickpeas masala(chole),chole palak and cabbage chana with chick pea........These are very high in proteins,in dietary fibre and very low in fat.......this time tried in rice combination...... that is CHANA PULAV..it is a very healthy and tasty pulav........so here goes the recipe..........try this and let me know what you think friends.........
