Tofu and paneer both are my favorite,but when you ask me to choose one,I`ll go for tofu definitely..Good quality of soya tofu tastes really nice even the texture looks good when you cook and smells nice..Though it is costly we loves to buy it because of less availability of vegetables at my place.

Yesterday I have posted tofu butter masala recipe using makhani sauce on blog with step wise pictures which was a nice dish to serve with roti.
