Paneer is my all time favorite and loves to cook different curries and gravies which are perfect to serve with chapathis as a side dish.This is also one of the latest curry which I cooked with paneer and phool makhana.The combination may sounds different but actually it`s a beautiful fusion which results into a nice curry.More than the rice,with roti or chapathi it tastes best.Check out the step wise pictures to try this curry and share your pictures please....

WHAT YOU NEED
oil-2 table spoons
phool makhana -1 cup
bay leaf-1 small
cumin seeds-1 tea spoon
cloves-2
onion-1 medium size
ginger garlic paste-1 tea spoon
tomatoes-2 big
chopped green capsicum-1 small
red chili powder-2 tea spoons
salt-to taste
turmeric powder-1/2 tea spoon
paneer pieces -1 cup
coriander powder-1/2 tea spoon
cumin powder-1/2 tea spoon
garam maslala -1/2 tea spoon
kasoori methi-1/2 tea spoon
coriander leaves-1 table spoon
HOW TO COOK
heat a pan with oil,roast phool makhana for a minute and take them on plate.Now in the same pan add bay leaf,cumin seeds,cloves,saute it.add in chopped onions,ginger garlic paste and mix well.Add finely chopped tomatoes,chopped green capsicum,saute for a minute.Add in red chili powder,salt,turmeric powder,mix well and cook for 2 minutes.Now add paneer pieces and phool makhana mix well.Cook for 10 minutes in medium flame with lid.Add in coriander powder,cumin powder,garam maslala and kasoori methi.Cook again for 10 minutes in low flame and throw some coriander leaves.Turn off and serve hot with chapathi.
