WHAT YOU NEED
2 table spoons mozarella cheese
500 grams boneless chicken
2 tea spoons red chilli powder
2 table spoons finely chopped coriander leaves
1 tea spoon coriander powder
1 tea spoon cumin powder
1 number egg
1 tsp garam masala powder
1 tea spoon- garlic ginger paste
1 tea spoon lime juice
1 tea spoon kasoori methi powder
to taste salt
1/8 cup oil
HOW TO COOK
• Take boneless chicken,grind into fine paste using mix jar.Now in a bowl, take this minced meat add garlic ginger paste,red chilli powder,salt,garam masala,coriander powder,cumin powder,grated mozarella cheese,finely chopped coriander leaves,cumin powder,kasoori methi and mix well.
• Now to this mixture add egg and blend once more.transfer it to a bowl if required add bread crumbs and mix well.Mean while soak bamboo sticks in water for 15 minutes.Now,take a stick, spread the minced chicken and prepare the kebabs .Now heat oil in thick bottomed pan put the kebabs in oil and fry in medium heat on both sides.using tong fry them till becomes golden brown colour.Serve hot kebabs by squeezing lemon juice.
