Can you imagine cooking without ginger and garlic ?? Especially never ever a dish finishes without garlic and ginger in Indian cuisine.. We people used to make bulk quantity if ginger garlic paste where we add in all the types of curries,gravies and mostly in non vegetarian dishes..Both ginger and garlic have a strong flavor yet gives a strong taste to the dish i feel.So,I prefer these two lot in kitchen.
