I usually cook mutton curries and gravies and very rarely makes stir-fry dishes with meat. I used green chillies for the spicy taste instead of red chilli powder and the cooking method is a little bit longer but the dish tastes good and spicy.
Use boneless mutton if you want to cook it quickly. If you like meat dishes for a change try this next time and serve hot with chapati or rice.Similar Recipes

WHAT YOU NEED
lamb meat with bone (mutton)-300 grams
onions-1 big size
green chillies-10 no
oil 2 tablespoons
ginger garlic paste-1 tablespoon
garam masala- 1 teaspoon
coriander powder- 1 teaspoon
salt to taste
turmeric powder- 1 teaspoon
oil-2 tablespoons
whole garam masala ingredients
cumin seeds-1 teaspoon
cloves-3
green cardamom-1
bay leaf-1
star anise-1
onions-1/2 cup
ginger garlic paste- 1 teaspoon
coriander powder- 1/2 teaspoon
cumin powder- 1/2 teaspoon
garam masala- 1/2 teaspoon
black pepper powder- 1/2 teaspoon
a little bit salt
kasuri methi- 1 teaspoon
finely chopped mint+coriander leaves -few
HOW TO COOK
Wash lamb meat 2 times and keep aside. Finely chop onions, green chillies. Make a fine paste with green chillies.
Heat a pressure cooker with oil, add chopped onions, ginger garlic paste and fry for 2 minutes in medium flame.
Add mutton, stir well, cook for 5 minutes in high flame. Add green chilli paste, garam masala, coriander powder, salt, turmeric powder and mix well. add 2 cups of water and pressure cook for 30 minutes in high flame and turn off.
Now heat a non-stick pan with oil, add whole garam masala ingredients, saute well. Add finely chopped onions, ginger garlic paste, fry for 2 minutes. add cooked mutton, then coriander powder, cumin powder, garam masala, black pepper powder, a little bit salt and mix well. cook for 2 minutes and add Kasuri methi, finely chopped mint+coriander leaves and mix gently. Cook for 5 minutes and turn off. Serve hot.
