Recently I have posted Banana chocolate chip pancakes recipe on the blog which is included egg so this time thought to share an eggless pancakes recipe especially for vegetarians.
I used wheat flour, olive oil and 3%fat milk in the recipe but if you want/like can add all-purpose flour, butter and full cream milk in the place of those ingredients. Wheat flour Egg less Butter less Banana Pancakes

PREPARATION TIME- 10 MINUTES
COOKING TIME- 15-20 MINUTES
WHAT YOU NEED
olive oil-2 tablespoons
3% fat milk-1 cup
bananas-2 big size
sugar-2 tablespoons
baking powder-1 teaspoon
salt-1/2 teaspoon
wheat flour- 1 1/2 cups
butter- to fry pancakes
HOW TO COOK
In a mixing jar, take oil, milk, bananas, sugar, baking powder, salt, wheat flour and grind for a minute until everything turns into a fine batter.
Heat a non-stick pan with butter, pour half a cup of batter and cook in low flame. When you see the bubbles on top, flip it another side and cook for one more minute. Add a spoon of butter and cook till light brown colour spots appear then remove it.
Repeat same with remaining batter and cook in low flame always. Serve hot with coffee/milk.
