cardamom powder-1 tsp

HOW TO COOK
Heat the pan and add some ghee, add dry fruits and fry them till they become golden brown.remove and keep aside.now fry bread Slices and keep aside...add 1 tsp more ghee and roast till light golden brown.take care, other wise may burn.
Now heat the milk in the same pan..add in sugar, stir in between to dissolve it.Add the bread slices and oats which we had already fried in ghee.
At this point you can add some sweet kova to the mixture and give it a good stir. It`s an optional.here I can`t get kova also.so,skipped it.if you want little bit soft and thin texture add 1/3 cup more milk and stir again. It depended on consistency which you want. Finally add cardamom powder, dry fruits and turn off.
Serve hot or cold.I like always warm..My hubby dear loves cold.also,he adds few more milk in any sweets...Hehehhee..He wants liquid consistency always. :)
