Aloo bajji or potato bajji is super popular deep fried snack of india..you can see the people who eats on road sides these deep fried snack in indian often...Even i loved it lot after this trial and always try to take as a combination..It`s a perfect bajji to much while watching movies or in chit chat times too.
PREPARATION TIME- 10 MINUTES
COOKING TIME-20 MINUTES
WHAT YOU NEED
potatoes-2 big
chick pea flour/besan flour/senaga pindi-2 cups
1.chili powder-to taste
2.green chili-1 minced (optional)

3.salt-to taste
4.turmeric powder-1/2 tsp
5.caraway seeds/vamu-1 tsp
6.coriander+cumin powders- 1/2+1/2 tsp
6.coriander+cumin powders- 1/2+1/2 tsp
7.cumin/jeera-1 tsp(optional)
8.hing/inguva powder-2-3 pinches

9.Ginger garlic paste(GGP)-1 tsp
10.cilantro leaves few -(minced-optional)

HOW TO COOK
Heat a kadai with oil and pour around 2 cups of oil.Keep flame in low.
Peel potato and slice in round shape finely.. Take a bowl and all ingredients from 1-10
Using enough water make it like fine batter and check the heat of oil..
Now when the oil is hot,dip each potato slice in besan flour batter well and leave in oil.
Fry in batches according to kadai size.Don`t over load kadai with too many fritters.
Keep flame in medium now and flip them to fry another side too.
Once fried well both sides,remove on kitchen paper..Take care to don`t fry until dark brown/burn.
Serve with any chutney /with ketchup for kids...
