If hubby is a business man,it`s difficult to concentrate on photo shoot.Ya.for them don`t have any particular work timings and they suddenly appears in home..Hehehehe.ya. Iam talking about my hubby here.His timings are not exact and nowadays whenever iam planing to click he is standing in front of me.I like to click when Iam alone in home.Means pin drop silence..But,nowadays unable to get that kind of weather in home..Also, i posted lots of recipes in 2011 which even don`t have single comment.So,instead of searching for new recipes,decided to re post the old recipes with fresh good clicks.Hope I get some valuable time to spend for my blog dear...
HEALTH BENEFITS:

CATEGORY-RICE/LUNCHPREPARATION TIME- 10 MINUTES
COOKING TIME- 15 MINUTES
WHAT YOU NEED
Grated carrots-1 cup
onion-1 small
coriander leaves-1/2 cup
onion-1 small
coriander leaves-1/2 cup
rice(left over also can use)-2 cups
red chili powder-to taste
salt-to taste
garam masala-1 tsp
turmeric powder-1/2 tsp
turmeric powder-1/2 tsp
coriander powder-1/2 tsp
cumin powder-1/2 tsp
fenu greek leaves/kasoori methi-1/2 tbsp
ginger garlic paste(GGP)-1/2 tbsp
Oil-1 tbsp
mustard seeds-1 tsp
cumin-1 tsp
urad dal-1 tsp
chana dal-1tsp
HOW TO COOK
Heat a woke or non stick pan with oil and saute ingredients like mustard seeds,cumin,urad dal,chana dal.
Then add chopped onion and saute well..
Now add grated carrot and chopped coriander leaves and mix well.
After a minute to this add GGP, all spices,kasoori methi and mix well.
Then add rice and saute carefully.
Turn off and squeeze some lemon juice if you like and serve.
Serve with any pickle or raita
