Hi.....A Big Hi and Hello My dear Friends...............Hurray!!!!! Iam back to blogging again.......YES.....Iam back..........After a long break( short??) Iam back........I made some changes in blog page and recently i opened a FaceBook page too......Please check it out and like my page friends.........
As you all know i think, from last few days(No..almost 2 months..HEHEHE) I was quite busy with my kids..Especially with my little one....So,I just gave a break to blogging. Now he is 1.3 and started playing with his bro at least for some time.......
From today on wards i will be regular to blogging and in posting recipes...........The most Important will meet each and every one of you all blogs too..........

Finally coming to the Recipe This is a draft post which i tried out last month......I used spinach, coriander, mint, amaranth leaves and peas as the main ingredients.......and i gave a name as GREEN VEG BATH.......This is perfect for lunch box and for one pot meal too......Except the grinding part of the leaves and peas remaining cooking is quite easy to make....So.here goes the recipe.........check it out n let me how it is guyzz...........

PREPARATION TIME- 15-20 MINS
COOKING TIME-10 MINS
CAN SERVE-2 ADULTS(Approx)
Ingredients
cooked rice-3 cups
cilantro leaves/coriander leaves-1cup/ fist ful
mint leaves/pudina-1/4cup

HOW TO COOK
Grind the coriander leaves ,mint, spinach, amaranth leaves, tomatoes and green chilli into a paste.add enough salt....keep this aside.....
Now heat a vessel or kadai..Heat oil and add ingredients one by one which mentioned under the table.......
Add in the ground paste and boiled peas and saute for 3-5 minutes in medium flame...
Add in cooked rice and mix well til combined every thing.......Serve hot with rasam/ curd raita/gravy....
My Notes
You can make this with fresh cooked rice and even with left over rice too.
If you are lazy to make temper just add cumin seeds and curry leaves.....
Except amaranth leaves you can try this.....
Grind cardamoms, cloves and cinnamon along with other grinding ingredients.....
HAPPY COOKING
