Ingredients
okras/bhendi/bendakayalu-5
curd-2cups
water-1cup
ghee-3tsps
green chilli-3
cilantro-to garnish
TO TEMPER
mustard-1tsp
cumin-1tsp
curry leaves-1spring
hing-1 pinch
turmeric-1/8tsp
select the okras tender one and wash well and chop into small pieces...........
heat ghee in kadai and fry the bhendis well in low flame...add in chopped chillie and fry til
soft.........
after cools add in curd along with salt and water...........
in the left over make temper with given ingredients and add in curd......
garnish with cilantro and serve with rice..................
NOTE
frying in the ghee gives the rich taste..you can use oil tooo.........
