....iam very poor in decorating...
this time i tried my level best to decorate with chocolate frosting
..and i used some crushed peanuts on top..
......it is very easy to do because the ingredients are so simple and no need to work hard.....
you can add and dry fruits or tutty fruity also for the rich taste..
........
So,Iam going to serve this is to my sweet n caring hub.......n my for my sweets sons.........
Ingredients
all purpose flour-1 1/2cup
sugar-1cup
vanilla essence-1tsp
baking powder-1 1/2tsps
baking soda-1tsp
eggs-2
butter-3/4cup
milk-1/2cup
preheat the oven to 250c and line with parchment paper in a baking tin........
in a mixing bowl sift the flour..add in baking powder.......
in other bowl break the eggs and add in milk,sugar and butter..mix til smooth.....
combine the flour and above butter-egg batter and mix together........
tip this in baking tin and bake for 30-40 minutes.keep an eye whether it turning to light golden on top..
insert a tooth pick and check the cake..it should be come out clean.......
change the cake from the tin on to a rack and let it cool.
DECORATING WITH
i decorated with melted chocolate....
slice it and serve with a cup of milk.......
