Murukku is a deep-fried snack which is quite popular in South Indian Festival times. Rice flour and roasted chana dal are the basic yet most Important ingredients which are needed to make. though homemade rice flour is best to make murukku I use storebought pack always. This Aval murukku is simple to make tastes so good.
