Lassi is  a very popular refreshing drink in India,It can prepare with milk, yogurt and fruits.Honey,mixed fruits,sugar folded lassi is called as sweet lasii where as spiced lassi a mixture of pepper powder and cumin seeds..This healthy lassi a very tasty and refreshing drink in summer hot days.Here I used kiwi to make this lassi,so a differen version recipe to try..

STRAW BERRY LASSI | INDIAN SUMMER DRINKS | EASY LASSI RECIPES

Lassi a chilled drink in hot summer.....preparing every time with curd i felt bore................for a change i tried with strawberries this time..so,here it goes ..............

Ingredients

strawberries-10

curd-1cup

milk-1cup

salt-1 pinch

cardamom powder-1/2tsp

Preparation

Chop the berries and mix all and blend well..........

Serve chilled.......

SWEET LASSI/AWARD TIME

Today iam going to share a very simple yummy yogurt drink......it is a SWEET LASSI......

Ingredients

curd-1cup

water-2cups

sugar-2tsps

cardamom powder-1/2tsp

mint leaves-5

Preparation

beat the curd add in all above ingredients.........

mix well.refrigerate for some time

serve chilled......

STRAWBERRY LASSI

Hey iam back with one more easy strawberry varity...this one is STRAWBERRY LASSI.....LASSI is a popular drink in india..so many lassi varities are there..mostly sweet lassi,mango lassi and mint lassi too.......So, this time i thought to try with lovely strawberries..and it came out so yumm...

Ingredients

strawberries-8-10 big

curd-1cup

water-1/2cup

sugar-3 tbsps(as per ur taste)
salt- 2 pinches
Preparation..

blend all together......serve chilled.....

it tastes little tangy and sweet..totally yummyyyy
