I prefer to cook gravy dishes with meat most of the time because it goes well with rice and even with chapati. But this is the first time I have tried a dry curry version and it came out so good. I tried this recipe on my own idea which was done in two steps. First, I have pressure cooked mutton first later cooked with onion, tomato and spices.

Most of the Indians love mutton which is actually Goat meat/Lamb meat more than chicken. So, except few religions, on weekends, especially on Sundays it will be the complete non-vegetarian menu if you observe.  Even my home stands on that list undoubtedly. I try to cook different dishes every time more than repeating the same old recipes.
