Avocados and oranges are very popular and famous fruits in foz.Here you can find these fruits in all kind of seasons n winter times are the best season to get fresh,natural fruits....DH often buys his favorite oranges and avocado is also in his likes list..For a variation I mixed up  both and just added some oats along with them...

An apple keeps doctor away.......I eat apples Instead of taking in the form of liquid.....But DH is lazy to go with apple.So,I do some times milk shakes or smoothies for him.I tried this yesterday and tasted really good..And the Important note  is it`s without milk..S,It`s perfect for my DH.Will try after he returns to home...;-(
