Is n`t that an amazing feeling if you discover any recipe with your own thoughts and ideas..Such a beautiful feeling nah!!! I know very well about that happiness becuase I have experienced it...In college days weekneds are my favorite and after shifting into MOM position Iam disliking these twp days...every saturday my kids shows terrific movie with their noise and fightings..It`s damn difficult to control & convince them..Then sudnay we both couple watches their horrible movie...Such an amazing strength..God...Its totally different with our generation..Ah.....Most of people hates mondays..But, I love it...Yeah..monday is the day where I gets some time to take rest,to feel peaceful...Yeah.....true...but don`t think iam rude or harsh..Those who feels the pain and suffer only knows the problem..Am I true??
Ok..why Iam saying all these?? yeah..got it..nowdays iam started loving sundays specially..Because almost 95% of the sundays the menu will be non-vegetarian in my home and after lunch, very badly I salivates for dessert..Beleieve me or not?? these days,Every sunday,Iam discovering a recipe accoriding to my taste..This is the dessert which I prepared on last 2 sundays back...Just opened fridge and took out all the ingredients and by imagining the process, prepared it..It is very simple, soft in texture very rich chocolaty taste,no eggs,no much work,no plentiful of time.. If you are ready with all ingredients may need around 10 -15 minutes...but resting is important for the best taste, other wise you can have it directly..So,if you are a hardcore fan of chocolate or desserts just go with this recipe and enjoy each spoon with love and smile...:)
