Minapappu vada or garelu or medu vada is a traditional South Indian breakfast which can be served with chutneys or as a snack also serves it some times...After Idli and dosa this vada is the third popular breakfast in many of the south indian homes.This Medu vada is a urad dal based fried snack where we soak urad dal over night, ground together with some spices to taste, and deep fries until golden brown.
