Microwave cooking is really fun and for sweet lovers microwave cooking is very helpful.Instead of baking big cakes can make simple small mug cake in this..I tried this recipe so many times on MAHADEV request and it`s a great hit always..He loves only chocolate cakes that too without any nuts..Instead of using mug I tried this in small glass bowl and it is egg less.But sad news is,I lost my microwave.yeah.I tried to make kidney beans cake loaf in microwave and because of over time setting it was damaged.Without knowing Info about my microwave,experimented and along with micro wave recipe also flopped.Don`t do like me.Be careful while cooking with microwave...;)

CATEGORY-MICROWAVE CAKES/EGG LESS CAKES
PREPARATION TIME- 1 MINUTECOOKING TIME-2 MINUTES
WHAT YOU NEED
All purpose flour-3 tsp
sugar-2 1/2 tsp
cocoa powder-2 tsp
baking soda-1/4 tsp
salt-1/4 tsp
milk-3 tsp
oil-3 tsp
vanilla essence-1/2 tsp
chocolate chips few or small piece
HOW TO COOK
In a micro wave safe bowl or in mug mix all the ingredients well without any lumps..Top the batter with few choco chips
Place this bowl or mug in microwave and cook for 2 minutes..
Turn off and check it.If still,looks un cooked micro wave for 30 seconds more.
Your cake is done.Let it cool for 2-3 minutes
Frost with a tbsp whipped cream or dulce de leches and serve warm...
