HAPPY MONDAY.....
Here Iam with the step wise clicks of NUMBER 4 SHAPED CAKE....If I started sharing about this cake story I may need 2 posts...HAHAHA....Ya...Actually,MAHADEV was so curious and excited about his birthday and cake....When I asked about the cake he told that he want,LION CAKE,SPIDER MAN,NUMBER 4 SHAPED CAKE..I searched for three cake recipes in the net and also got many useful links..But I was not ready to dare to make a LION CAKE or SPIDER MAN CAKE..DH also already ordered a cake out side n he said It`s better to don`t try any cakes with lots of house hold works...But,a MOM how can be calm??Even though I was not well I made this cake for him..
Here in FOZ it`s quite difficult to get maid and presently from last four months Iam only doing the all house hold works with kids,cooking and most Important Blogging.Doing house hold works is not difficult but It`s really tough when kids walks and runs behind a MOM..The age between of my both sons is only 2 yrs.So,It`s really difficult to convince them while fighting..Some times My mind is blocking and feeling like to run from all these..But where??It`s Impossible to live alone without some strong bonds...
O.K....Coming to the cake story,Don`t know how I made NUMBER 2 SHAPED CAKE for MAHADHIP birthday very easily...But,For this I really struggled lot.May be, I think my tiredness affected me more than the my Interest in making the cake..Some how,I tried my level best for a beautiful cake and Dev was so Happy.Well,I selected marble cake here...and this was my second attempt.YA...I have another recipe of MARBLE CAKE which contains eggs in DRAFT..Will post soon..I noted down this from SHARMIS PASSIONS and it came out very well....

I doubled the INGS and used a rectangular shaped oven proof safe bowl...And coming to the frosting,First I frosted simple vanilla butter frosting by mixing ,1cup of butter+3 cups confectioners sugar with 1 tsp of vanilla.Then For a chocolate flavour melted 150gms bitter chocolates with 2-3 tsps of milk on fire then after few minutes(It should be cool) frosted the cake..Finally,Sprinkled chocolate shaves...
